CREDENTIALS AND EXPERIENCE

Dianne Eschman joined Sotheby's International Realty in 2000. She's an expert in matching her clients' specific needs to exactly the right home utilizing her extensive professional background in new home construction and interior design. Prior to joining SIR, Dianne served as interior designer and contract manager for the development of a 11,000 square foot Inn in Telluride, Colorado. Later, under her ownership and management, The San Sophia Inn was selected as one of the top 20 inns in the United States and Canada by The American Bed & Breakfast Association.

Previously, she utilized her interior design expertise as interior contract manager for a firm developing high end condominium projects in the Telluride Mountain Village. She has successfully built and sold several high end houses in the Sierra del Norte subdivision in Santa Fe. A valuable resource to her clients, Dianne draws from her diverse business experience maintaining a client's focus on the big picture to successfully complete the transaction.

An avid outdoor person, Dianne takes full advantage of a myriad of activities which include hiking, backpacking, snow-shoeing and cross-county skiing throughout northern New Mexico, Colorado and Utah. She's a past president and an active team leader of Santa Fe Search and Rescue Group.

Other pursuits include volunteering at the Heart and Soul Animal Sanctuary in Pecos, as well as enjoying her three dogs. Dianne is a member of the National Association of Realtors® and, on a local level, the Santa Fe Association of Realtors, serving on the Grievance Committee. She earned her Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration at the University of Iowa where she also did post graduate work. Additionally, she's a 'Managing Broker' at Sotheby's.
